Job Description

Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients in a physician-owned multi-specialty practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and work-life balance.

Lander, WY Opportunity to work one day per week in Riverton if needed
Patient Volume:
Approximately 16-20 patients per day
Patient Population:
Primarily adults (18+)
Schedule & Call Clinic Hours:
Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM-1:00 PM Minimal shared telephone call only No inpatient responsibilities Responsibilities Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Manage conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular, pulmonary, kidney, and gastrointestinal diseases Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness Coordinate care with specialists as needed Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure DEA certification Minimum 2 years of experience preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Long-Term Disability Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) CME Allowance Paid CME Time Off Paid Time Off Sign-On Bonus (Negotiable) Relocation Assistance (Negotiable)
