Job Description

SageWest Health Care is actively recruiting a Med-Peds Hospitalist to join our established Hospitalist group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women's health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position:
Potentially hospitalist and peds shifts could be done concurrently at the right time of year Flexible on collaboratively creating this position Components may include:
Hospitalist:
Preferred schedule: 10 24-hr shifts/mo Average census: 10-12/day Telestroke and tele-psych support available Pediatrics 24-hour unrestricted call shifts Average census: 1/day Includes coverage of nursery (well-baby, ~300 deliveries/year) and pediatric inpatients
Qualifications:
Hospitalist:
BE/BC in
IM or FM Pediatrics:
BE/BC Pediatrics or FM Both:
Comfortable with ICU components: vent management, intubation, central lines •
