Job Description

SageWest Health Care , is actively recruiting a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established group along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women's health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position:

Schedule:

40 hours/week (typically M-F, 8-5, - this can be flexible)

Call:

no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed) Average patients per day: 20+_ when fully ramped up Typical procedures: Per provider's comfort level Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider

Practitioners:

access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT

ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS

Qualifications:

BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority Minimum of one year in practice preferred Our notable highlights: Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical services Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.) Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, women's health Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute Committed to community benefit-significant investments in technology and uncompensated care Recruitment Package may include: Compensation in the MGMA 50th-75th% inclusive of wRVU production incentive $5K CME allowance $30K Sign-on bonus 25+ days PTO $10K+ relocation allowance Student loan repayment assistance Health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage Residency stipend
