Associate Podiatrist (DPM)•Foot & Ankle Concepts Two Positions Available•Southern California Position 1: Palmdale & Lancaster Position 2:
Oxnard & Santa Barbara Compensation:
$150,000•$300,000+ (Base + Bonus, depending on experience and productivity) About Us Foot & Ankle Concepts is a well-established, growing podiatry group in Southern California, providing comprehensive foot and ankle care across multiple locations. We treat thousands of patients annually and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on both conservative and surgical treatment options. Position Overview We are seeking two motivated and skilled Associate Podiatrists to join our expanding team. Each position will cover two clinic locations within the same region , offering a diverse and high-volume clinical experience with opportunities for professional growth and strong earning potential. This is an excellent opportunity for a podiatrist looking to step into an established patient base , with the support and infrastructure needed to succeed. Locations Oxnard & Santa Barbara Ideal for candidates seeking a coastal practice environment Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions Perform in-office procedures and surgical care as appropriate Develop and implement effective treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Rotate between two assigned clinic locations Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care Qualifications Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) Active California license (or eligible) Completion of residency training (required) Surgical training preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team What We Offer High earning potential ($150K•300K+) with production-based incentives Established patient flow and referral network Modern clinics with strong operational support Opportunities for surgical cases and professional growth Flexible structure with autonomy in clinical decision-making Schedule Full-time preferred Split schedule between two nearby locations (organized for efficiency) How to Apply Please submit your CV along with a brief introduction.
