Job Description

Full time podiatric medical assistant needed for fast-paced podiatry office. This is a 3 location practice with the main office is Bettendorf and satellite offices in Davenport and DeWitt. Position split between Bettendorf and Davenport. Position requires reliability, organizational skills, friendliness, ability to work well with others, self-motivation, possession of excellent communication skills, and have computer knowledge. Experience with electronic medical records preferred, but will train the right person. Position duties include patient intake & prepping, medical history & documentation, procedural assistance, diagnostic imaging, sterilization & equipment maintenance, assist with removing/putting on shoes, and patient education. Other duties as assigned. This position does include paid time off after initial 90-day probationary period, and a Simple IRA retirement plan after one year of employment. Health benefits are not provided. Experience preferred but will train the right individual.
