- Part-time New York Medical and Diagnostic Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled licensed Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat various foot and ankle conditions, including but not limited to, bunions, heel pain, diabetic foot care, and sports injuries. Perform minor surgical procedures and administer appropriate treatments. Provide expert advice and care for preventive foot health, including nail and skin care. Offer and effectively sell cash-based services, including custom orthotics, PRP therapy, laser treatments, and other specialized foot care products. Educate patients on the benefits of these cash services and tailor solutions to meet their individual needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.Qualifications:
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited school. Valid New York State Podiatry License. Proven experience in selling cash services such as orthotics, PRP therapy, and other specialized treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and build rapport with patients. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
