Physicians Practicing General Medicine
1. Graduation from an approved school of medicine; and
2. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in New York State. Physicians Practicing in a Specialty Area
1. Graduation from an approved school of medicine; and
2. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in New York State; and
3. Current Board Certification issued by the appropriate American Specialty Board. Assignment Level
II / III
Physicians Practicing General Medicine
1. Graduation from an approved school of medicine; and
2. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in New York State; and
3. Five (5) years of full-time licensed experience as a physician practicing general medicine acceptable to the Medical Board of the hospital. Physicians Practicing in a Specialty Area
1. Graduation from an approved school of medicine; and
2. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine in New York State; and
3. Current Board Certification issued by the appropriate American Specialty Board; and
4. Five (5) years of full-time licensed experience as a physician practicing in her/his field of specialty acceptable to the Medical Board of the hospital.
