We are not a corporate group. We are an independent, physician-led practice that prioritizes: Time with patients Clinical excellence Advanced treatment options Long-term relationships Our practice continues to expand with strong referral patterns, increasing patient demand, and new facility coverage opportunities. The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, personable, and clinically strong podiatrist to join our team in June of 2027. This is an ideal role for a new graduate or early-career physician looking for: Hands-on mentorship in both clinic and surgery A clear path to high income based on production The ability to grow within a private practice setting Compensation & Growth Base salary (draw) during ramp-up period Transition to production-based compensation (percentage of collections) Performance-based increases tied to production milestones: Additional performance-based bonus opportunities High-performing associates have a realistic path to $200K-$300K+ income Clinical Scope General podiatry (bread and butter) Wound care & diabetic limb salvage In-office procedures Nail surgery Biologics (e.g., grafts) Laser therapy (fungal & pain applications) Surgical exposure and mentorship Inpatient care Schedule Structured clinic days + facility work Surgical opportunities as volume grows Built-in patient demand with room to expand What We're Looking For DPM (or graduating resident) Strong work ethic and professionalism Patient-first mindset Interest in both clinical and procedural care Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented Perks & Support Direct mentorship in clinical care and private practice Malpractice (PICA) covered Health insurance stipend State license & professional dues support APMA membership Technology package (iPad + laptop) Modern EMR with integrated scribe support for efficiency Why This Position is Different Most associate roles offer: Limited autonomy Income ceilings Minimal mentorship This position offers: Real mentorship Real growth opportunity Real income potential A meaningful role in a growing private practice Potential future ownership opportunity Location Perrysburg, Ohio - a high-growth, family-friendly community just outside Toledo with strong referral networks and excellent quality of life.
