What you bring:

Active Alabama School Psychologist license (documentation required) Previous experience in K-12 educational settings Comfort traveling to various schools within the district as needed Strong assessment, evaluation, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support personnel Professionalism and reliability in an on-site role What youll do: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and provide written reports Support teams in eligibility and placement decisions for special education services Recommend interventions and strategies to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Consult with educators, administrators, and families to improve student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing support for students across grade levels Maintain accurate records and safeguard student confidentiality Interviews for this opportunity begin August 26, 2026, with a brief pause from August 31 to September 4, then will resume ongoing.
