Clinical Psychologist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to conduct medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
D. from an APA-accredited program. Maintain an active, unrestricted Psychology license. Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based portals. Demonstrate strong analytical, time management, and empathetic skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-person disability assessments, review electronic medical records via a secure web portal, accurately document findings, and complete VA forms.Key Duties:
Focus on assessment and documentation; this role does not involve treatment or medication prescribing.Caseload:
Evaluate approximately 4 Veterans per day in an in-person setting.Equipment:
Provided computer and documentation tools.Qualifications & Skills:
Hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program. Maintain an active, unrestricted Psychology license. Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based portals. Demonstrate strong analytical, time management, and empathetic skills.
