We are currently seeking a qualified School Psychologist to join a collaborative educational team serving students in a school-based setting. Position Summary The School Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological services to support student learning, behavior, and social-emotional development. This role involves conducting evaluations, participating in special education processes, collaborating with educational teams, and assisting in the development of interventions and supports that promote student success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer and interpret cognitive, achievement, social-emotional, adaptive behavior, autism spectrum, and other relevant assessments. Evaluate and analyze student data to determine educational needs and make recommendations regarding appropriate educational services and placements. Consult with teachers, administrators, counselors, and related service providers regarding diagnostic findings and educational interventions. Support student success through the development and implementation of social-emotional and behavioral support initiatives, including mentoring and prevention programs. Prepare and submit required special education reports, evaluation documentation, and compliance data. Review incoming student records and assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district special education requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, eligibility determinations, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Serve as the Local Education Agency (LEA) representative during IEP meetings as assigned. Qualifications A Master's Degree or higher from an accredited institution Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education. Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Strong assessment, analytical, communication, and consultation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Equivalent combinations of education and experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
