Key Qualifications:

Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations within a school setting Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication skills for teamwork with educators, families, and students Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently Understanding of special education laws, procedures, and best practices

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative psychological services for students, including assessments, behavioral interventions, and crisis intervention as needed Administer and interpret psychoeducational assessments for initial evaluations and re-evaluations (7 at the elementary level, 64 at the high school) Develop, maintain, and monitor effective IEPs for special education students (90 at the elementary school, 176 at the high school) Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student learning, behavior, and mental health Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise for student advancement Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with relevant educational and ethical standards
