Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree or higher in School Psychology. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist. Prior experience in educational settings preferred. Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills. Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention and academic support plans. Compassionate communicator adept at partnering with educators, parents, and students. Comfortable adapting to the unique needs of elementary, middle, and high school populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluate students learning, behavioral, and emotional needs. Collaborate with staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and implement interventions. Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and counseling as needed. Support district initiatives in promoting positive school climates and student well-being. Maintain thorough documentation and deliver timely reports.
