In this hybrid role, you will manage our evaluation team—including licensed evaluators, psychometrists, and practicum students—ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy, psychometric validity, data integrity, and ethical compliance.

Note:

Psychological testing and clinical supervision are conducted primarily in-office, with flexibility for remote administrative work, report writing, and case review. Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Supervision & Mentorship Provide direct individual (minimum 1 hr/week per supervisee) and group supervision (minimum 1 hr/month) to psychometrists, practicum students, and associate-level clinicians. Review, provide feedback, and co-sign case files, psychological reports, intake assessments, and treatment plans within 72 hours of completion. Log and sign all supervision sessions in the EMR within 24 hours in compliance with state board standards. Maintain direct oversight of supervisee client contact, task completion, timesheets, and overtime approvals. 2. Psychological Testing Oversight & Quality Assurance Oversee administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized psychological, neuropsychological, and educational test batteries. Conduct quality control reviews of comprehensive testing reports and scored raw data for clarity, clinical integrity, and accuracy prior to final diagnostic approval. Ensure all testing strictly adheres to standardized protocols and normative data. 3. Operational Leadership & Compliance Manage case assignments, evaluation schedules, and clinic workflows to ensure optimal turnaround times. Maintain inventory, procurement, and licensing for all physical and digital assessment instruments. Design and implement training programs for new trainees on testing protocols and software. Enforce compliance with HIPAA regulations, EMR security policies, Relias/internal training modules, and APA ethical standards.

Qualifications Education:

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or Neuropsychology preferred; or a Master's degree in Psychology/Behavioral Health with significant supervisory experience.

Licensure:

Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist or independent Behavioral Health Professional in the state of practice.

Experience:

Proven experience administering, scoring, and interpreting comprehensive psychological test batteries. Prior leadership/supervisory experience managing psychometrists or trainees highly preferred.

Skills:

Expertise in standardized protocols, diagnostic criteria, EMR systems, and clinical report writing. Excellent organizational, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
