Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$95.00

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations within a correctional environment Provide individual and group therapy to incarcerated individuals Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with facility protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (medical, security, mental health staff) Manage crisis situations, ensuring safety and de-escalation Document clinical interactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards Support facility-wide mental health initiatives and programming
What You Need Required:
Arizona psychologist license (active or can be relicensed) PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program BLS certification Prior clinical and assessment experience
Preferred:
Experience in correctional or forensic settings Knowledge of security protocols and multidisciplinary team collaboration Skills in crisis management and de-escalation About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading facility in Tucson, AZ, dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services within a correctional environment.
