Teachers & School Psychologists - Multiple Openings Union Elementary School District | Arizona Join a District That Inspires Hope Union Elementary School District is hiring passionate Teachers and School Psychologists who want to make a meaningful difference in students' academic success and well-being.
Current opportunities include:
ELA Teachers Math Teachers Science Teachers Special Education Resource Teachers School Psychologists About the Opportunity Teachers will develop and deliver engaging instruction, assess student progress, adapt lessons to individual learning needs, collaborate with families and colleagues, and help create safe, supportive learning environments. Special Education teachers will also support individualized instruction and IEP implementation. School Psychologists Union ESD recently received a 48-month School Based Mental Health Grant to expand comprehensive MTSS services aligned with the NASP Model . Each of the District's three K-8 schools will have a full-time School Psychologist, with additional support from a traveling Lead Psychologist. School Psychologists will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, provide counseling and behavioral interventions, collaborate with educators and families, support MTSS and data-based decision-making, and help promote safe and supportive schools. Qualifications Teacher candidates should have a bachelor's degree , appropriate Arizona teaching credential or applicable certification pathway, and required background/fingerprint clearance. Candidates enrolled in an Educator Preparation Program with an Alternative Teaching Certificate may also be considered. School Psychologist candidates should have a Master's or Ed.

S. in School Psychology , Arizona certification or eligibility, and strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Why Union ESD?
