Clinical Psychologist Opportunity Northern Arizona $118K-$130K | Outpatient | 6-10 patients per day Opportunity Overview This outpatient Clinical Psychologist opportunity offers a manageable patient volume, meaningful clinical variety, and an established behavioral-health team in Northern Arizona. The organization is specifically looking to expand access to evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment rather than simply increase medication-management capacity. Position Details Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM outpatient schedule. Average daily volume of approximately 6-10 patients. Provide psychological evaluations, possible testing, ongoing psychotherapy, consultation, and crisis support. Work with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of behavioral and mental-health conditions. Shared 24/7 crisis-call rotation generally 3-4 days per month; after-hours activity is generally light. Most days are at the primary clinic, with approximately 3-4 days per month at a rural satellite medical center. Established behavioral-health team includes psychiatry, psychiatric NPs, experienced social workers, office support, a CMA, and an RN case manager. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $118,000-$130,000. Relocation assistance available up to $15,000. IHS Student Loan Repayment eligible up to $50,000 every two years Qualifications Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-approved program required. Successful completion of the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) required. Current, unrestricted Arizona Psychologist license required. Two years of experience preferred. Experience with psychological assessment, evidence-based psychotherapy, complex behavioral-health conditions, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary consultation is highly relevant. Bilingual English/Navajo skills preferred; valid unrestricted driver's license and required background clearance apply. Surrounding Location Historic Northern Arizona region with a true small-community feel and direct access to larger regional amenities. Flagstaff is less than an hour from the primary service area and offers a commercial airport, restaurants, shopping, breweries, live music, and a university-town atmosphere. Outdoor access includes hiking, skiing, mountain biking, stargazing, Sedona, the Grand Canyon region, and nearby national parks and monuments. Some current clinicians choose to live in Flagstaff and commute, giving candidates flexibility in how they approach relocation.
