Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to support student learning and wellbeing Provide both individual and group counseling to students as needed Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with teachers, staff, and families to create tailored interventions and behavior management strategies Support crisis intervention, as well as proactive mental health initiatives within schools Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards at all times
