Key Qualifications and Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct student assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with staff Provide counseling services to students, addressing a range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to recommend evidence-based interventions Maintain confidential and accurate records in compliance with regulations Participate actively in team meetings and support the school communitys well-being
