  • Work Schedule:
  • 4 days/week, 8-hour shifts; provider can choose either Tuesday or Thursday off.
  • Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for Invasive Outpatient Program (IOP) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to approximately 2:00 PM.
The core hours are flexible, allowing for earlier start times to prepare for groups. Collaborate within a small, focused team to run therapeutic groups, accommodating 10-12 patients with severe and acute mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and issues related to grief, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. Conduct individual follow-up sessions and therapy as needed, alongside initial intake assessments. Engage in case management to assist with transitioning patients to county healthcare services.
