Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current, valid credential as a School Psychologist Master's or specialist-level degree in school psychology or related field Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support strategies

Core Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and interpret assessment data Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify student needs and support individualized learning Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans Provide counseling services to students and support their social-emotional development Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to inform placement and intervention decisions Offer consultation and guidance to school staff regarding classroom management and behavioral interventions Support crisis response and preventative programs within the school setting This contract position provides a rewarding opportunity to help shape the educational experiences of students and to grow professionally within a collaborative environment.
