In this school-based role, you will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and provide counseling and behavioral interventions to support K-12 students. Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and administrators, contribute to MTSS/RTI, and support crisis response as needed. Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide student support plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams Provide individual and small-group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional needs Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to improve learning environments Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans and progress-monitoring systems Crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed in school settings Maintain timely, compliant documentation and evaluation reports Support
