Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or a closely related field Valid credential or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist Experience with educational evaluations, IEP participation, and behavioral assessments Strong communication skills with an approachable, empathetic manner Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology

Responsibilities:

Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs Provide individual and group counseling for students facing academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams, offering expertise in psychological and educational interventions Support development and implementation of positive behavior and crisis intervention strategies Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
