Job Description

Embrace a rewarding opportunity to support students in grades 7-12 as a dedicated School Psychologist in a welcoming educational environment. This full-time contract position spans the entire 2026-2027 academic year, offering you the stability and fulfillment of making a lasting impact from ASAP through June 2027. As the primary School Psychologist for this caseload, youll focus exclusively on conducting comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluationsno counseling duties required. Youll have ample time to build relationships, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure students receive the support they need to thrive in their academic journey.
Qualifications:
Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience working with students in grades 7-12 is preferred In-depth knowledge of the evaluation and re-evaluation processes Strong assessment, analytical, and written communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations and all required re-evaluations for students in the assigned grades Interpret assessment results, write comprehensive reports, and attend eligibility meetings Collaborate with special education teams to develop appropriate educational programming Maintain detailed records of assessments and follow established timelines for all required documentation This role offers consistent Monday to Friday scheduling, averaging 35-37.5 hours per week, meaning you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance while contributing to an impactful mission.
