Qualifications:
Must possess or be eligible for Connecticut School Psychologist Certification - Endorsement #070 (CSDE) Completion of a qualifying graduate degree or program in School Psychology, including all required coursework and supervised internship/fieldwork Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills within school settings are highly valued
What You'll Do:
Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students across multiple school levels (K-12), with a caseload of approximately 50 students Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans for students in collaboration with teachers and families Participate as an integral member of IEP teams, contributing expert insight and recommendations Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed Consult with staff, families, and administrators to support a positive and inclusive school climate
