This position involves two openings, working onsite at highly collaborative educational settings, where you'll impact student success and well-being. The assignments include providing services at a high school from late August 2026 through March 2027, and at an elementary school from late October 2026 through mid-January 2027. With a standard 35-hour work week, you'll have time to engage meaningfully with students, faculty, and parents.

What We're Looking For:

Current, active Connecticut School Psychologist license (required) Master's or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution Experience in assessment, counseling, and intervention in educational settings Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting Flexibility to adapt to varying school environments and age groups Commitment to ethical standards, inclusivity, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation Develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for special education programming Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and mental health Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and recommendation services as needed Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with educational policies and regulations
