Desired Qualifications:
Valid certification as a School Psychologist Experience working within a school setting, preferably with high school students Expertise in providing counseling and socio-emotional support Familiarity with adolescent development and school-based counseling best practices Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to maintain confidential records and adhere to ethical guidelinesKey Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to high school students as needed Address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges to support academic and personal growth Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide integrated support Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all counseling activities Participate in student support meetings as required, offering insight and recommendations Utilize evidence-based approaches to foster resilience, coping skills, and positive relationships among students Uphold district, state, and federal guidelines related to student privacy and school psychological services This part-time opportunity provides an excellent work-life balance with a manageable two-day workweek, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of high school students.
