Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in education by bringing your expertise as a Bilingual School Psychologist to a diverse community located near Fairfield, CT. This onsite contract opportunity offers you the chance to work closely with students, educators, and families while supporting learners in both Spanish and Portuguese. This role is scheduled for 30 to 32.5 hours per week, covering the academic period from late August 2026 through late May 2027 (subject to change). Youll collaborate with a range of grade levels, helping students flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is required Valid Connecticut Educator Certification as a School Psychologist Experience or readiness to serve any grade or case type Strong communication and cultural competence for engaging multilingual families Dedication to inclusive, student-centered approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Assess student needs using up-to-date tools and intervention strategies Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and behavioral plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students success Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines Youll benefit from competitive weekly pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan to help you secure your future.
