School Psychologist Are you passionate about supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral growth? We're looking for a dedicated School Psychologist to join a collaborative and student-centered team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping students thrive by providing comprehensive evaluations, meaningful interventions, and compassionate support.

Fairfield, CT What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations Interpret assessment data and provide clear, actionable recommendations Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to IEPs and 504 Plans Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Develop and implement evidence-based academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions Support MTSS and RTI frameworks Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines What We're Looking For Valid CT state licensure as a School Psychologist Prior school-based experience preferred Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and problem-solving Excellent communication and collaboration abilities A heart for supporting students and partnering with school communities Why Join Us?
