Job Description

You'll provide invaluable services to a caseload of approximately 25 students, facilitating positive outcomes throughout the academic year.
Qualifications:
Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience in school-based settings, preferably at the elementary level Strong background in IEP development and compliance Skilled in delivering individual and group counseling Excellent communication and collaboration abilities In-depth understanding of best practices in psychological assessment and intervention for childrenResponsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for students, contributing valuable insights during eligibility and review meetings Draft clear, effective IEPs tailored to student needs, aligning with educational goals Deliver counseling services in both individual and group formats, supporting emotional and behavioral growth Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to implement intervention strategies Track and document student progress to ensure ongoing support and compliance with educational guidelines Provide crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as neededBenefits:
