This contract opportunity starts as soon as possible and extends through the end of November, offering a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Make an impact by working closely with students, providing crucial psychological services, and collaborating with dedicated professionals.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid CT 070 School Psychologist License Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting preferred Proficient in psychological evaluations, re-evaluations, and report writing Skilled in providing individual and group counseling Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including participating in PPT meetings Strong organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and re-evaluations Prepare precise, thorough reports to support student needs and IEP planning Offer individual and group counseling services to students Actively participate in the PPT (Planning and Placement Team), providing expertise for student planning Work directly with students to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns Serve as a resource for teachers and staff, delivering recommendations and strategies for student support This contract role offers the chance to utilize your specialized skills in a meaningful way, engaging with both students and colleagues in a supportive school community.
