This is a new position created as a result of growth, providing an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our school community and help support the continued development of services for our students. We are looking for a professional who believes in supporting the whole child and enjoys partnering with students, families, teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What You'll Do The School Psychologist will provide a range of services to support the academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs of elementary students, including: Conducting comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations Participating in PPT and special education planning processes Collaborating with teachers, administrators, families, and related-service providers Supporting the development of appropriate interventions and student support plans Consulting with staff regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns Providing individual and/or small-group student support as appropriate Assisting with crisis intervention and prevention efforts Supporting school-wide initiatives focused on student success and well-being Maintaining appropriate documentation and compliance with state and federal special education requirements What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is student-centered, approachable, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
