Job Description

Constellation Kids is seeking a dynamic School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our staff in beautiful Norwalk, CT Constellation is looking to add a School-Based Occupational Therapist to our team who will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children including intervention in small group and individual sessions. They will also provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings. Must have a Connecticut Occupational Therapist License and previous pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications:
Connecticut State Licensed Occupational Therapist. Pediatric experience preferred. School-based experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills.
