Key Qualifications:

Valid Connecticut School Psychologist Certification (070) Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Background in conducting comprehensive evaluations for K-12 students Experience in school settings or with diverse student populations preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct multidisciplinary psychological assessments in both English and Spanish to guide student support services Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies and recommendations based on evaluation results Assist with eligibility determinations and participate in IEP and 504 meetings as needed Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with state and local regulations Serve as an advocate for bilingual students, ensuring their unique needs are addressed effectively
