Job Description

Step into a meaningful role supporting students academic and emotional success as a school psychologist in a vibrant elementary school near Wilmington, DE. What You Need:
Active Delaware School Psychologist License (required) Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and consultative services within a school setting Strong understanding of MTSS/RTI, behavioral interventions, and IEP development Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to commit to a full-time, onsite position through the academic year Willingness to complete required $85 CBC fingerprinting (cost responsibility of candidate)
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive psychological services at the elementary level, including student evaluations and counseling Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design interventions that support students academic and emotional needs Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations that drive student success Provide crisis intervention and consultation as needed Support school-wide programs that promote mental health and positive behavior Maintain thorough and confidential documentation, adhering to policies and timelines
Position Details:
ASAP start through June 2027 Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day Onsite role in a supportive elementary school environment This is an opportunity to work closely with dedicated educators and make a tangible difference every day.
