Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid School Psychologist certification for Delaware (or eligibility for certification) Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling services in a school setting Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and functional behavior assessments (FBA) Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social concerns Participate in Child Study Teams and contribute to the development of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavioral interventions Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive student outcomes Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards Experience a fulfilling contract role where your expertise in school psychology fosters a nurturing and productive learning atmosphere.
