Qualifications:

Valid and active Delaware School Psychologist license (required) Experience working directly with school-age children, ideally in elementary settings Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention strategies Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload Willingness to complete CBC fingerprinting ($85) as part of the onboarding process

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Collaborate with the school team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide recommendations for behavioral and academic interventions Support crisis intervention and counseling as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your expertise to student support plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
