Key Qualifications:

Valid Delaware School Psychologist license (required) Experience supporting elementary students preferred Expertise in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and providing counseling Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records Willingness to complete $85 CBC fingerprinting prior to assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct psychological services and support to elementary-aged students Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and behavior management strategies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans Support student success through consultation and advocacy Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements

Position Details:
