Company Description Eileen Messing Psy D PA/Memory Testing Center is a specialized practice focused on comprehensive neuropsychological assessments of memory disorders. The center provides evidence-based psychological testing services to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning for individuals with memory concerns. The team is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional and supportive environment. Psychometrists and clinical staff work closely together to ensure high-quality testing, clear communication, and reliable results for patients and referring providers. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Psychometrist role located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Psychometrist will administer standardized psychological and neurocognitive tests under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, following established protocols and ethical guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing testing materials, explaining procedures to patients, conducting one-on-one test sessions, and accurately scoring and recording test results. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation, safeguarding patient confidentiality, and assisting with scheduling, test data organization, and occasional follow-up communication. The Psychometrist collaborates with clinical staff to support efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and work sensitively with individuals of diverse backgrounds. Foundational knowledge in psychology and cognitive processes, with coursework or experience in clinical or neuropsychology preferred. Experience or training in psychological testing and test administration, including adherence to standardized procedures and ethical guidelines. Understanding of psychomotricity and rehabilitation concepts, particularly as they relate to cognitive and functional assessment. Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and strong organizational skills for managing testing materials and records. Ability to follow structured protocols, work independently under supervision, and manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting. Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic health records or willingness to learn clinic-specific systems. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field preferred; prior experience in a memory clinic, hospital, or behavioral health setting is a plus.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 24.0 per week
