Psychologist (PsyD) - Veterans Disability Exams (C&P) Vital Health and Wellness Group, LLC Cooper City, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $85 - $100 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Doctor of Psychology Interviewing clients Doctor of Philosophy Psychology Disability determination Doctoral degree in psychology Licensed Psychologist Credentials Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our growing clinic to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) disability evaluations for U.S. military veterans. This is a non-treatment, evaluation-only role focused on conducting mental health examinations and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, no treatment responsibilities, and meaningful work serving veterans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health C&P examinations for veterans Review medical records and service history prior to evaluations Complete DBQs (Disability Benefits Questionnaires) accurately and efficiently Provide clear, objective medical opinions when required Maintain timely documentation and submission of reports Ensure compliance with VA guidelines and clinic protocols
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) Active, unrestricted state license (Florida preferred) Experience with VA disability evaluations, DBQs, or forensic assessments preferred (training available) Strong clinical interview and documentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Join us in providing critical mental health evaluations that support veterans' well-being!
