Post Doctoral Psychologists:
Salary between 65,000-80,000k yearly. Masters Interns (Contractors): Up to $80,000-$100,000k a year available. Psychotherapist (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/Licensed Psychologist) - Post Doctoral Psychologist Welcomed!
Requirements:
Doctoral Degree from APA-accredited psychology program. Must have stellar professional references. Utmost commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and ethics. Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint in a Microsoft Windows environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent time management organizational skills, and problem-solving skills. A foundational understanding of Influencer engagement is a plus. Polished and professional demeanor. Self-motivated with an agreeable disposition. Commitment to continued education and meaningful understanding of issues pertaining to diversity including, but not limited to identity markers such as race, ethnicity, national origin, culture, ability, body size, SES, sexual orientation, gender identity, spirituality/religion, or other identities. Dedication to principles of cultural humility, inclusion, equity, anti-racism, and anti-oppression to inform professional interactions including assessment, treatment, and consultation. Ability to articulate thorough knowledge of how self and others are shaped by diversity, and one's unique experiences, perspectives, and abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Mainly Provide outpatient psychotherapy for diverse individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families demonstrating a variety of mental health presentations. Perform intake evaluations, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and case conceptualizations. Administer personality and intellectual assessments and interpret data in integrated reports. Craft content via blog posts, social media posts, and video. Attend mandatory meetings, consultation, and presentations. Participate in networking and team-building events.
Education:
Master's (Required), and Doctorate required for Post Doctoral Psychologist and Licensed Psychologists.
Language:
English (Required), Spanish (Recommended).
