Brightsy Health, Inc. is seeking a dependable and clinically skilled Community-Based Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, with an emphasis on clients involved with the child welfare and dependency court system . This position primarily serves clients in the Homestead, Florida City, and surrounding South Miami-Dade communities . Services may be provided in clients' homes, schools, community settings, and other approved locations based on the client's needs and referral requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing services outside of a traditional office setting and is comfortable working with complex family systems, court-involved families, caregivers, foster placements, and multidisciplinary teams. Primary Responsibilities The Community-Based Outpatient Clinician will: Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, parents, and families. Provide community-based behavioral health services throughout the Homestead, Florida City, and South Miami-Dade area. Travel to clients' homes, schools, foster placements, and other approved community locations to provide services when clinically appropriate. Provide services to clients referred through the dependency court and child welfare system , as well as other outpatient referrals. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable treatment goals and objectives. Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions appropriate to each client's presenting needs. Address concerns commonly associated with court-involved cases, including trauma, family conflict, emotional and behavioral difficulties, attachment disruptions, domestic violence exposure, placement changes, and reunification-related issues. Maintain appropriate caregiver involvement and communication throughout treatment. Collaborate professionally with case managers, child welfare professionals, Guardians ad Litem, schools, placement providers, attorneys, and other members of the client's treatment team as appropriate. Complete progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, discharge documentation, and other required clinical records accurately and within agency-established timeframes. Complete required monthly reports and court-related treatment updates accurately and on time. Clearly document attendance, treatment progress, barriers to treatment, caregiver participation, and clinically appropriate recommendations. Maintain professional and objective documentation appropriate for cases that may be reviewed by referral sources or the court. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, quality-assurance reviews, and agency trainings. Immediately communicate significant clinical concerns, safety issues, changes in service needs, or barriers to treatment to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid requirements, agency policies, ethical standards, and applicable Florida regulations. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology , or a related behavioral health field. Florida Registered Intern ( RMHCI, RMFTI, RCSWI ) or independently licensed clinician ( LMHC, LMFT, LCSW ). Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred. Experience with dependency court, child welfare, foster care, reunification, or court-referred populations strongly preferred . Comfortable providing services in clients' homes and community-based settings. Strong clinical writing and documentation skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and meet documentation and reporting deadlines. Ability to communicate professionally with referral sources and multidisciplinary teams. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Homestead/Florida City/South Miami-Dade service area. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Preferred Clinical Experience Preference will be given to clinicians with training or experience in: Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
