Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You'll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and others to coordinate patient care Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates Conduct routine rounds in confinement areas to monitor inmate adjustment and mental health needs Provide mental health assessments, crisis counseling, and interventions to address inmate needs Maintain thorough documentation of clinical activities and treatment progress Participate in call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed What You Need Active or eligible license to practice as a Psychologist; US Citizenship for ICE clearance At least some experience in mental health assessment, counseling, or related field preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to perform in a high-pressure, secure environment About the Assignment This role is based at a respected facility in Lumpkin, Georgia, offering a meaningful opportunity to provide essential mental health services within the correctional system.
