$50 - $65 per hour Job Details - We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an immediate 13-week contract assignment with the potential for contract-to-hire. What you'll do: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case oversight Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment recommendations as needed Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical team members Partner with parents and caregivers through training and education Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members Maintain high standards of clinical quality and documentation What we're looking for: Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience providing ABA services to children with autism Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills Ability to supervise and develop RBTs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to step into an existing clinical environment and make an immediate impact
