jobs@point.edu Description Point University is seeking part-time instructors to teach Psychology for its DCE programs at partner schools in the Savannah area. Copies of graduate transcripts are required for applications to be considered. Point University is an independent liberal arts institution that educates our students within a Christian worldview. Primary teaching responsibilities will include:
PSY103: Introduction to Psychology Other courses within the discipline/subject Requirements Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Psychology ; doctorate preferred. Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred Effective teaching ability/excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to teach college-level courses to high school students in a dual-enrollment setting preferred. Basic computer literacy Experience with Canvas LMS preferred Willingness to be a role model and mentor to students Commitment to undergraduate education, professional growth, service, and scholarship in a distinctively Christian setting, including agreement with the University's mission and goals, values, and doctrinal statement.
