Preferred Skills & Experience:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field Active state licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist Experience working in Pre-K through 12 school settings preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and Response to Intervention (RTI) Strong skills in conducting psycho-educational assessments and evaluations Collaborative mindset with a talent for building rapport with students, staff, and families Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and recommend evidence-based interventions Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services as needed Interpret assessment results and communicate findings effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop strategies supporting academic and social-emotional growth Support teachers and staff through professional development and consultation on behavioral and mental health matters Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards In this role, you'll enjoy working on a schedule that fosters work-life balance while making a significant impact on the school community.
