What Were Looking For:

Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid and current school psychologist certification or licensure (or eligibility for state licensure) Experience supporting high school-aged students preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families Proficiency in assessments, data-driven interventions, and delivering both individual and group counseling Ability to commit full-time for the entire academic year, onsite only

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for high school students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student success Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to behavioral and academic intervention planning Maintain accurate records while complying with school policies, procedures, and regulations
