Qualifications:

Current Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement required Previous experience serving PreK-8 students is highly desired Comfortable managing varied caseloads and adapting to different grade levels Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, assessments, and recommendations Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals to create and implement effective interventions Conduct individual and group counseling as needed Participate in the development and review of IEPs Offer crisis intervention and consult on behavioral/mental health needs Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
