Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact supporting students' academic and emotional growth in a vibrant educational setting. An experienced school psychologist is sought for a full-time, onsite contract position serving a PreK-8 district. This rewarding assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year, with caseload and grade level to be determined—flexibility and comfort across all grade bands is essential. If you are energized by delivering comprehensive school psychology services and enjoy working as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, this opportunity offers a chance to use your expertise in a dynamic, student-centered environment. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement required Experience working in a school setting across diverse grade levels (PreK-8 preferred) Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills Bilingual in Spanish is desirable Comfortable adapting to a varying caseload

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments to support student learning and wellbeing Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective interventions Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans Consult with staff to address behavioral, academic, and socio-emotional needs
