Key Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist certification and relevant state licensure Experience working with K-8th grade students preferred Strong understanding of psychological and psycho-educational assessment tools Proficient in evaluating student needs and collaborating on individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with students, families, and staff Ability to work exclusively onsite (remote or virtual arrangements are not considered) Dedication to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, observations, and interviews to evaluate student learning, behavior, and emotional needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students academic and behavioral success Develop and help implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support as needed within the school community Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contribute expertise to IEPs, and document findings in a timely manner Advocate for student needs by providing recommendations and resources This role offers the satisfaction of impacting students lives and professional fulfillment within a supportive educational network, working standard school hours across 40 hours per week.
